Roca Bon: Searching the Sublime

Sara, a university student in the arts, is attracted to New York abstract expressionism and Mark Tobey´s work. She has embarked on a study on this movement tracing down its influences on contemporary artists. In this process she comes across Roca Bon, a Catalonian painter whose work captivates her attention. She decides to visit him at his workshops in Cadaques and Barcelona. She is determined to find out the sources of his inspiration and the reasons behind his work. Sara´s own quest pushes her to discover something that transcends artistic forms, and this something is intimately linked with the human identity.
